Adoption Agency Rejects Catholic Parents

I don't get this, and that's assuming this adoption agency is Pro-life, why they would turn down a Catholic family. It seems to me that both are out for the same goals. Also, the agency makes their money on pro-life lisence plates which you know majority are purchased by Catholics.
