Grading Websites

As if we didn't have enough fun with the 2004 elections, 2006 is gearing up. I didn't have much luck finding Democrats because the NE Dems didn't make easy links to their candidates like the NE GOP did. However, I did find a couple with the help of the Secretary of State's website and the filing report.

Dave Nabity -- http://www.davenabity.com/ -- Pretty nice. Good info on candidate. I may be biased, but Heineman's is a bit better. B-plus

Dave Heineman -- http://www.governordave.com/ -- Nice website, good information for perspective voters on issues and how/where to vote. A

Tom Osborne -- http://www.osborneforgovernor.org/ -- Okay. Poor colors, poor structure. Lots of info. C-plus

Senate Race

David Kramer -- http://www.kramerforsenate.com/ -- Nice. Gotta give him some style points. I also like his 'on the road' coverage. B-plus

Pat Ricketts -- http://www.petericketts.com/ -- Okay. A campaign website should answer, who, what, when, where, why and this one answers none. C-minus

Don Stenberg -- http://www.dontgotone.com/ -- Um, hello? Don, you there? N/A

Ben Nelson -- I didn't find his and I'm sure he has one.

2nd District Congress

Jim Esch -- Didn't see one. N/A

3rd District Congress

Adrian Smith -- http://www.joinadrian.com/ -- Nice. Good colors and structured. Maybe talks a bit too much about himself, but still not bad. A
