Iraq Votes

The people of Iraq finally got the chance to vote today, to form the delegation that will build the new Constitution. Violence seemed to be limited, relatively speaking, and there was over 90% voter turnout in select areas. CBS News reported interesting findings that most insurgents are actually unemployed Iraqi street thugs, and not foreign fighters.
